Recently bought a beautiful 62 Corvair convertible from Jaun and Mario. They were SOOO great in helping me. Took care of some issues with the car that we had not anticipated. Bent over backwards to help me. All worked out super in the end. Whole staff were great and knowledgeable and honest. At my age (88) I am not in the market for another car but I do not hesitate in recommending Affordable Classics to anyone.

I was getting bored with my Kia Rio and started looking at Mustangs. I didn't like the 2005 and later cars because they were to boxy and I sat low in them which made it difficult to drive. I wasn't really looking for a convertible but when I saw the white 1995 Ford Mustang with red and black interior. I new it was something special and I owed it to myself to at least take a look in person. I drove down from Vancouver, WA and took it for a test drive. I was hooked. Juan, Judy and there son Mario where so great and easy to work with and took my Kia off my hands as a trade in which saved me a trip to CarMax which already gave me an offer to buy it. I know my mustang isn't the usual car they see but I am glad they did. The car is absolutely immaculate and was worth every penny I paid for it. Thank you Mario, Juan, and Judy.

I have known Judy and Juan Ruiz going on twenty-five years. Starting with my first purchase from them in 2000 to my present purchase Oct. 2024. On every occasion I have been treated with respect, dignity and professionalism by all of his staff and now most recently by his son Mario. Juan and family have always been upfront and honest in my transaction, delivering on their promise. Judy quickly processed my sale, and within 10 days I received my registration card, followed within 14 days by my title. If I could recommend them higher then a 5, it would have to be 10. Let me start by saying I would recommend Juan too buy a car from Anytime I am over 3000 miles away.I prchased A 1968 Charger from him .I could not see the car personally. he put me at ease by video calling.Also sent documents and even a copy of the title to me .Also in this day there are so many y scams going on. I recently purchased a very nice 1965 Mustang from Affordable Classics. Juan (even though he's a New York Yankees fan) and his staff treated us like Royalty on our visit June 29th. I would like to personally thank Juan and Mario for the great service that was given to me. I live in Richmond Texas and am 70 years old and just bought the car of my dreams from them. It was a pleasant surprise to do business with someone that their word means something as with Juan. I graduated in 1969 and bought a 1969 Camaro. I have bought several vehicles in my lifetime but never have had such an enjoyable experience as was with Juan and Mario. I traded a 1970 Chevelle in for a 1973 Plymouth Cuda. Everything with the Cuda was exactly like Juan and Mario said it was. I have known Juan and Mario for a couple years now and they are straight up when they tell you about the car you are going to purchase. If there's something you find on the car during your inspection and tell them about it they will make it right. Paperwork was done with Mario and everything was taken care of on their end without any problems. I would recommend them to any of my friends if they were in the market for a classic car or truck. If I ever decide to sell the Cuda I would bring it in to Juan to sell for me, they are really honest and fair with everything they do.

Mario and Juan were amazing to work with! Mario was super responsive to the many inquiries we made before driving from Seattle to see the car. When we arrived, my soon to be ‘73 Mustang convertible was sitting there waiting for me to test drive. The car was everything they advertised it be and more! The car did need to have the reverse light switch repaired, which they repaired without question and even trailered the car up to Seattle once the work was done. The service was above and beyond! I have known Juan and Mario for several years and occasionally drop in to see all the toys in their inventory. I have driven at least 7 or 8 cars and each vehicle was amazing but I would wait just a little too long before pulling the trigger. Juan listed a 1957 Chevy and I loved everything about the car. It appeared to have been sold within days and I figured once again I waited too long. I look on their website 5-7 days each week. I SAW THE CAR LISTED AGAIN A FEW DAYS LATER AND WENT in and spoke with Mario and bought the car. I have to say the 57 was everything as advertised. It is a beautiful car with tons of upgrades and is a blast to drive. I cannot say enough great things about Juan and Mario. Just great people. I will always be a customer.

Juan Ruiz and his team (Family) made this car buying experience one of the most fun and smoothest car buying experiences I've ever had. The Aston Martin I purchased from him had 10K less miles (Only 6K), was a year newer, and he sold it to me for $3k less than the other deal I had. It was a no brainer. When I asked for pictures of the undercarriage, he put the car up and posted numerous pictures of the extremely clean undercarriage within an hour. We exchanged the contract and other information, I transferred the money, he recommended a car carrier, and I had the car delivered, emissions tested, titled, registered and me cruising with a big smile on my face only a week later. For the last few years I have been contemplating making my next car be a classic car, that I could enjoy driving every day. I didn't want it to be a museum piece that I would be afraid to take on the road. Rather, I wanted something that would bring back memories, reconnecting me to the past, while enjoying it in the present. For over a year I have been watching religiously a few key websites of classic dealers in the Portland area, and Juan's has been my favorite. I came in a few times to look at inventory that caught my eye, but over Memorial Day weekend I saw a restored '74 Super Beetle that immediately drew my attention. And like the name says, it was "affordable". My wife and I came in to take a look and fell in love with it. Juan was so helpful and enthusiastic about the vehicle, and quickly accommodated us on just a couple minor items we saw that needed to be done on the vehicle. As I was ready to drive off the lot, Juan's son ran and got me an old book he had on VW Beetles and gave it to me. Weeks later, I was passing their dealership, and decided I would stop in to say hello and let them know how things were going. They again were extremely friendly and helpful. When I asked them if they knew where I could get a cover for the car to protect it between washes, Yuan's son came to the rescue by selling me one of his own that he had for an amazing price. You drive away from their dealership with the main impression that these guys love cars, and people, and enjoy matching the right ones to each other. The car has been a big hit with the high school students I teach, and hardly a day goes by that I don't have some adult stop and want to tell me about their Beetle memories. Today, I was stopped at a traffic light and the guy who pulled up next to me asked me if I would be willing to sell it to him. I think this car, that was built when I was in high school, has been the perfect fit for what I was looking for in a car. Thanks Juan for all your help and input over the entire process.

From my first contact to actual delivery cross-country took slightly less than three weeks. All of the required paperwork was processed by Judy in a very quick and orderly fashion which enabled me to register the vehicle in New York State without a hitch. We are from New Zealand and were first buyers to buy a car from a different country. Juan has given us such a trust worthy description of the vech we purchased 1957 Chevrolet 3200 pickup. its was in pure mint condition as described by Juan. First of all their are not enough stars to express my wife's and my GRATITUDE about Juan and Judy. Long story short, my wife and I first purchased an Buick Riviera and within a few weeks we traded it back in for a bad ass 71 Tribute Nova SS. after that we saw a truly freak-en bad ass 69 Supercharged Camaro with 1200hp that was my absolute dream car from my childhood! Juan and Judy let me trade in the Nova and gave my wife and I the full value back to get my dream car. Being so compulsive I saw a 32 Roadster that from the first side I wanted. So, Juan and Judy let me trade the Camero in for the 32. So, after 4 months or so without the Camero I wanted it back! Guess what? Juan and Judy let us have the 69 back with no other charges! So, the moral of this short story is: If you are looking for a great deal and honest, good hearted people that will work within your budget and make all your dreams come true, you must go see Juan and Judy as from day one they have treated my wife and I as family! Just not looking to make a profit! But to make dreams come true! I could only wish I could have the Nova in the same stable together! Perhaps one day my wife and I will have two Bad Ass cars at the same time! When we are ready for the next addition to our family we will first and foremost buy our next Hot Rod from Juan and Judy from Affordable Classics Cars! We absolutely love you guys to make dreams come true!

I couldn't be more pleased with Juan and his crew at Affordable Classics. I have both bought and sold cars here, and they do what they say they will.
